Tayside Police are attempting to trace thieves who made off with hundreds of eggs after targeting a farm in Angus.

More than 700 eggs were stolen from buildings at Cransley Farm near Fowlis.

The break-in took place sometime between 16:20 on Thursday 7 February and 08:00 on Friday 8 February.

Police are keen to hear from anyone who may have seen anything suspicious in the area at the time. It is likely the thieves would have used a vehicle to transport the eggs.
