Man seriously injured in A90 Tayside crash

An 18-year-old man has been seriously injured in a crash on the main A90 Dundee to Aberdeen road.

Two vehicles - a Vauxhall Corsa and an Audi Quattro - collided at the Bogindollo junction near Forfar at about 19:30 on Monday.

Tayside Police closed the northbound carriageway of the road to allow for it to be cleared and for investigations to be carried out.

The injured man is being treated at Ninewells Hospital in Dundee.
