Ward reopens after vomiting bug outbreak at Dundee's Ninewells Hospital
A ward at a Dundee hospital has reopened after an outbreak of the winter vomiting virus.
Ward 5 was shut to new admissions following several cases of vomiting and diarrhoea at the end of last month.
NHS Tayside said the ward was shut as a precautionary measure after several cases of norovirus, more commonly known as the winter vomiting bug.
A health board spokesperson said infection control measures had been put in place.
