A man who was found unconscious the day after a street attack in Dundee has died in hospital, police said.
The 38-year-old suffered head injuries in the attack in Strathmartine Road at about 21:30 on Tuesday.
He refused medical attention when paramedics arrived and returned home but an ambulance was called when he collapsed the following day.
The man died on Friday evening. An 18-year-old man has appeared in court in connection with the incident.
