Woman dies after car hits cow in Cambusbarron

A 35-year-old woman who was seriously injured after her car hit a cow on a road in the Stirling area has died.

Christine Brockie was taken to Forth Valley Royal Hospital following the collision on Friday.

It happened at about 23:45 on the A811 Stirling to Dumbarton Road in Cambusbarron.

Central Scotland Police have appealed for anyone who witnessed the collision and has not yet spoken to officers to come forward.
