Police in Stirling seize £60,000 of cocaine from car

Police in Stirling have seized drugs with an estimated street value of more than £60,000.

Cocaine was recovered after officers stopped a car travelling north on the M9 near Craigforth at about 20:40 on Friday.

A man was arrested in connection with the seizure and was due to appear in court.

A police spokeswoman said: "Officers on routine patrol made the arrest after the vehicle came to their attention."
