Man in court over death at Dundee flat

A man has appeared in court accused of the murder of a man who died after being found with serious injuries at a Dundee flat.

Ronald Fraser, 44, was discovered following a disturbance in Elders Court on Friday evening.

Callum Tole appeared on petition at Dundee Sheriff Court.

The 28-year-old made no plea or declaration and was remanded in custody. He is expected to appear in court again next week.
