Thieves have stolen two oil paintings from a shop in Stirling.

Police said the works, each worth a three-figure sum, were taken from Stirling Art on Upper Craigs between Tuesday 4 and Thursday 6 January.

The unframed, oil on canvas paintings are by artist Pat Kramer and were being sold by the gallery.

Anyone with information about the theft or the whereabouts of the paintings is asked to contact Central Scotland Police.
