An audience is being sought for a Scottish independence referendum debate being staged by the BBC in Dumfries.

With the vote only weeks away, it is the second local debate on issues affecting Scotland in general and Dumfries and Galloway in particular.

If you would like to be in the audience you can apply for tickets now by emailing dumfries@bbc.co.uk.

Yes Scotland and Better Together speakers will attend the event at the Brigend Theatre on 18 August.
