The 69-year-old driver of a minibus with four passengers on board has been accused of driving at up to 106mph on the A74(M) in southern Scotland.

Colin Perkins, of Oldbury, West Midlands, is alleged to have driven dangerously for 4.3 miles between Ecclefechan and Lockerbie in July.

He faces an alternative charge of speeding.
