Keith Brown: Rail deal 'good for Borders'

A deal has been signed setting a contractual date of summer 2015 for reopening a rail route from Edinburgh to the Borders.

Transport Secretary Keith Brown tells BBC Scotland it is an important milestone in bringing trains back to the region.
