Michael Matheson opens Dumfries respite care site

Two NHS projects which cost almost £1.2m are the focus of a visit to Dumfries and Galloway by Public Health Minister Michael Matheson.
He will officially open new respite care facilities for children with learning disabilities in Dumfries.
The Acorn House project cost around £900,000 and took two years to complete.
The minister will also be shown around a new community-based renal unit in Kirkcudbright.
