Quad bikes worth £12,500 stolen in Duns and Coldingham

Police in the Borders have appealed for witnesses after a series of quad bike thefts from rural parts of the region.

Four incidents took place between Monday evening and Tuesday morning.

The thefts took place on farms in the Coldingham and Duns areas with the total value of the three vehicles taken estimated at £12,500.

Another attempt to steal a quad bike from a farm near Duns failed. Anyone with information about any of the incidents has been asked to contact police.
