Fashion group M&Co styles House of Fraser expansion

Shop front M&Co will showcase the company's premium range in womenswear

Fashion retailer M&Co is set to expand into House of Fraser department stores.

The initiative by the Renfrewshire-based firm is to start in four English stores.

It will include the company's premium range in womenswear, which looks for inspiration to fashion in the 1960s and 1940s.

House of Fraser in Hull, Huddersfield, Wolverhampton and Sutton Coldfield are to stock the clothing, adding to the 285 UK stores already operated by M&Co.

M&Co, with headquarters in Inchinnan, near Glasgow Airport, is to mark its 50th birthday this year, while expanding into the United Arab Emirates.
