Tenement evacuated following fire in Aberdeen

Twenty five people had to be led to safety by firefighters during a blaze in an Aberdeen tenement.

Crews were called to the first floor of the building in Marischal Street just before 02:20.

Almost 30 firefighters were involved in the operation. No-one was injured.

The cause of the fire, which took more than an hour to put out, is not yet known.
