Man seriously injured in fall at Aberdeen flats

A 25-year-old man has been badly injured in a fall at a block of flats where police were called to deal with a reported disturbance.

The northbound carriageway of Commerce Street in Aberdeen remains cordoned off following the incident, which happened just after midnight at Marischal Court.

Police Scotland said there were reports of a disturbance at the flats when the man fell, seriously injuring himself.

He was taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary.

The Scottish Ambulance Service said it responded to a report that man had fallen.
