CCTV 'clue' to indecent assault in Aberdeen

CCTV of indecent assault in Aberdeen Police want to speak to a man over an indecent assault in Union Street, Aberdeen

Police have released a CCTV image of a man they want to trace in connection with an indecent assault in Aberdeen.

The attack happened on Union Street, near Bridge Street, at about 20:30 on 12 March.

The man police want to speak to was described as white, between 5ft 8in and 6ft tall, in his early 30s, with short brown hair and facial hair.

He was dressed in casual clothing and spoke with a local accent.

PC Paul Smith said: "This was a distressing incident for the victim and we are keen to speak with the man in the image as he may be able to provide information that will assist us with our investigation.

"I would urge members of the public who may recognise the man in the image to contact us."
