A fresh image of a planned new Aberdeen Exhibition and Conference Centre has been released ahead of a series of public consultations.

Henry Boot Developments is behind plans for a replacement for the existing Bridge of Don-based AECC, to be built at a site at Bucksburn.

The first Jesmond Centre consultation is on Thursday from noon to 20:00.

Friday's at the Beacon Centre is during the same hours. Saturday's Aberdeen Art Gallery event is until 17:00 from noon.

Comments are being sought in advance of a planning application being submitted.

The deadline for initial comments will be 27 June, before further consultation events being held in September.
