Siberia bar Police are keen to trace two men who were in the Siberia bar on Belmont Street.

Police have appealed for information after a man was attacked in an Aberdeen bar.

The 26-year-old male was assaulted by two men in the Siberia bar at about midnight on Tuesday night.

The victim received cuts to his head which had to be treated at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary.

Police are keen to trace two men, both described as being their late 20s to early 30s.

One of the men was about 5ft 10in with fair hair, and was wearing a black jumper, grey trousers and black shoes.

The second man was approximately 6ft, bald, and was wearing a black shirt, trousers and shoes.

Investigating officer PC Chris Reid said: "This appears to be a particularly nasty unprovoked assault. We are keen to hear from anyone who may have information relevant to this incident, be it witnessing the assault itself or seeing the males near to the premises shortly after."
