Body found in missing Dmitrijs Kirilovs search in Fraserburgh

Dmitrijs Kirilovs Dmitrijs Kirilovs went missing at the start of December

A body has been found in the search for a man reported missing from the Fraserburgh area since early December.

Dmitrijs Kirilovs, 38, was last seen on Sunday 1 December.

A body has been recovered from the town's harbour, and relatives of Mr Kirilovs have been informed. A report will be submitted to the procurator fiscal.

Meanwhile, a body recovered from the River Lossie near Cooper Park in Elgin has been identified as David Milne, 59.

Police said there were no suspicious circumstances.
