Pair hunted by police after Aberdeen BP armed robbery bid

Two men who tried to rob an Aberdeen filling station at knifepoint are being hunted by police.

The incident happened at the BP station in King Street at about 20:30 on Thursday.

The men threatened a staff member, but fled empty handed.

The first was about 5ft 8in tall, slim, wearing a black hooded jacket and grey tracksuit trousers. The second was wearing a yellow high-vis vest, a navy hooded top, and blue jeans.
