Police probing a recent series of attempted thefts from cash machines in the north east of Scotland have named two men they want to speak to.

Kevin Schruyers and Robin Vaughan, both 40, are thought to have been living in Aberdeenshire.

Police Scotland said they may have returned to Liverpool, and could be in the Huyton or Kirkby areas of the city.

They urged anyone who knew of their whereabouts to contact the police.
