Cigarettes worth £10,000 stolen from Aberdeen newsagent Crofters

Cigarettes worth more than £10,000 have been stolen from an Aberdeen newsagent.

The theft, from Crofters Newsagent on Greenburn Drive in the Bucksburn area of the city, is believed to have happened at about 01:30.

Police Scotland said tobacco products valued at a "low five-figure sum" were taken.

Insp Jackie Craig said: "I am appealing to members of the community who may have information about this incident to come forward."
