A yacht with seven people on board had to be rescued overnight after the vessel began taking on water north east of Orkney, the coastguard has said.
The alarm was raised at about 22:50 on Friday when crew members called the Norwegian coastguard, who alerted coastguards in Aberdeen and Shetland.
The Kirkwall lifeboat was launched and it managed to tow the yacht back to Orkney through the night.
The boat got into Kirkwall at about 06:45 on Saturday morning.
A coastguard spokesman said: "The lifeboat got out there, confirmed that they were reasonably OK, and took them in tow."
He said that the leak had been at the boat's stern, near the propeller.
Those on board had managed to pump some of the water out, but the leak was "enough to be a concern", the spokesman added.
