New Pitsligo death: Mark Foster denies Glenn Miller murder

A man has denied murder by assaulting a man in his home in an Aberdeenshire village.

Glenn Miller, 50, died in hospital in January last year after an incident in New Pitsligo.

Mark Foster, 37, denied murder when he appeared at the High Court in Edinburgh.

The judge, Lord Uist, fixed an eight-day trial for the High Court in Aberdeen, which is scheduled to call on 30 September.
