Man held over '£23,000 of crack cocaine' in Aberdeen

A man was arrested after drugs with an estimated street value of more than £20,000 were recovered in Aberdeen.

Grampian Police said crack cocaine worth at least £23,000 was seized in the Guild Street area on Monday by the specialist crime division.

A 51-year-old man from Wolverhampton was arrested in connection with the recovery.

A force spokesman said the man was expected to appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court on Tuesday.
