Teenager injured on Union Bridge in Aberdeen
A 17-year-old man is being treated in hospital after being seriously injured in an incident in Aberdeen city centre.
Officers were called to Union Bridge at about 14:45 on Saturday.
The man was found nearby with serious injuries. He was taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary.
Insp Iain MacLelland said the bridge was busy at the time with pedestrians and cars. Police have appealed for witnesses, or anyone with information, to come forward.
Police said two men who were seen in the area at the time may have information which could assist their inquiries.
The first was wearing a red waterproof jacket and was taking photographs. The second, aged about 50, was wearing a long dark jacket.
