Action considered over Sport Aberdeen terms plan
Some union members at Sport Aberdeen are being consulted on possible industrial action over proposed changes to terms and conditions, BBC Scotland understands.
The charitable trust, which runs swimming pools and leisure centres in the city, is attempting to avoid a £500,000 budget shortfall.
It says the cuts are necessary.
The Unite union has written to members asking if they would consider a work to rule and overtime ban.
