Man who died after A90 crash named as Robert Duthie

A man who died after being badly injured in a head-on crash in Aberdeenshire has been named.

Robert Duthie, 58, was the driver of a Vauxhall Vectra which was involved in the two-car accident on the A90 Peterhead to Fraserburgh road, near the Waterside Inn, last Monday.

Mr Duthie, described by Grampian Police as a local man, was taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary but later died.

Three people in the other car involved, a Ford Fiesta, escaped serious injury.
