New Pitsligo death: Mark Foster in court for Glenn Miller 'murder'

A man has appeared in court charged with murder after a man found injured in the Aberdeenshire village of New Pitsligo died.

Glenn Miller, 50, was found badly injured at Clinton Place on Thursday, and was taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary.

He later died as a result of his injuries.

Mark Foster, 36, of Liverpool, appeared at Peterhead Sheriff Court. He made no plea and was remanded.
