Woman airlifted after bus and car crash on A947 in Aberdeenshire
A woman was airlifted to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary for treatment
A woman has been airlifted to hospital after a "serious" crash between a car and a bus in Aberdeenshire.
The collision happened on the A947 near Birkenhills at about 13:10.
Grampian Police, Grampian Fire and Rescue Service and the Scottish Ambulance Service were all called to the scene.
The injured woman was flown to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary by air ambulance. Grampian Police said her injuries were "life-threatening".
Traffic was being diverted.
