Police have urged drivers to take extra care after more than 70 collisions - including two fatalities - in Grampian over the weekend.

Grampian Police said 77 collisions was at least double what would be normal.

Ch Insp Ian Wallace said: "The presence of poorer driving conditions is being included as part of our inquiries."
