Woman cut free after crash on A90 near Fordoun

A woman suffered neck and chest injuries after a two-car collision on the A90 in Aberdeenshire.

She had to be cut free from wreckage after the accident near Fordoun on Monday morning.

The woman was taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary by ambulance for treatment to her injuries.

A male driver who was also involved in the collision was not badly hurt.
