Men in court for footballer crash on A96 in Moray

Two men have appeared in court charged with dangerous driving after a footballer was injured in a crash on the A96 in Moray.

The collision happened between Elgin and Forres on 12 September.

One 21-year-old man was left in a critical condition.

Darryl McHardy, 17, and Ceiran McLean, 21, both of Elgin, appeared at Elgin Sheriff Court. They made no plea or declaration and both were released on bail.
