Inverurie-based ANM Group to sell Scotch Premier Meat and Yorkshire Premier Meat

Inverurie-based ANM Group is selling its Scotch Premier Meat and Yorkshire Premier Meat businesses.

The board said it took the decision to offer them for sale following a strategic review of operations.

ANM Group said: "Scotch Premier and Yorkshire Premier have skilled, dedicated workforces and it will be business as usual with our employees continuing to deliver first class products and service to our customers."

ANM said it was financially sound.

About 140 staff work at Scotch Premier in Inverurie.
