Two arrests for '£19,000 of drugs' on A90 near Stonehaven

Two men have been arrested after drugs with a potential street value of £19,000 were recovered in Aberdeenshire.

The heroin and cocaine was seized from a vehicle on the A90 near Stonehaven by roads officers and the major investigation team on Friday.

A 56-year-old local man and a 40-year-old man from Wolverhampton were detained.

Grampian Police said a report would be submitted to the procurator fiscal.

They are expected to appear in court on Monday.
