Meeting over Mosstodloch land contamination fears

Householders in a Moray village are set to find out more about fears the land their homes are built on could be contaminated.

Mossmill Park was built on the site of a sawmill at Mosstodloch in the 1970s.

Routine research by Moray Council uncovered evidence the area may have been contaminated by timber treatments at the mill.

Council officials will explain more at a meeting in Speymouth Hall from 1400 GMT to 1900 GMT.
