Charge over Aberdeenshire 'cannabis cultivation'

A man has been charged after the discovery of a "cannabis cultivation" in Aberdeenshire.

The 39-year-old was charged in connection with the production of controlled drugs after the find in Boddam on Thursday.

A Grampian Police spokesperson said a three-figure sum of money had also been recovered.

The spokesman said a report on the discovery would be submitted to the procurator fiscal.
