Woman airlifted after A87 crash in Highlands

A woman has been airlifted to hospital following a crash in the Highlands involving a minibus.

The accident happened on the A87, between Invermoriston and Shiel Bridge, near the Cluanie Inn, at about 16:30 on Friday.

Police said a woman was flown to Raigmore Hospital in Inverness, where her condition has been described as stable.

The road was closed for about three hours following the crash.
