Comedians headed for Inverness Happyness festival

Bec Hill Portraits of comedians, including Bec Hill, will be exhibited during the festival

The annual Happyness Comedy Festival will take place in Inverness from 22 to 25 May.

Acts this year include Patrick Kielty, Tommy Tiernan, Jason Byrne, Sean Hughes, Bec Hill, Patrick Monhan, Aisling Bea and Frehd the Clown.

Also appearing at the festival in Eden Court will be Fred MacAulay, Zoe Lyons, Rob Deering and Michael Redmond.

There will also be an exhibition of portraits of comedians and actors by photographer Steve Ullathorne.

Comedy line up Frehd the Clown, Patrick Kielty, Jason Byrne and Aisling Bea

His work has been exhibited at the London Transport Museum and at the Gilded Balloon as part of the Edinburgh Festival Fringe.

The Gilded Balloon in Edinburgh organises the Happyness festival.
