Bloodstained baby's clothing found on Fort William path

Police have appealed for information after an item of bloodstained baby's clothing was found on a path in Fort William.

Officers carried out searches at Plantation Path after a sleepsuit was found at about 08:15 on Tuesday.

The Next brand clothing is size zero to one month and white with a pattern of totem poles, Native American Indian boys, trees and clouds.

Police Scotland has issued no other information.
