Police probe after man's death in Dingwall

Police are investigating a man's death in Dingwall in the early hours of Sunday morning.

James Newlands, 31, was reported to have died inside a property in the town's Nicols Court.

Police Scotland said one line of inquiry was that his death was drugs related.

The force has appealed for witnesses and information on where Mr Newlands was during Saturday. A report will be submitted to the procurator fiscal.
