Woman dies in car and coach crash on A82 near Inverness

A 78-year-old woman has died after a collision between a coach and a car which was towing a caravan near Inverness.

The crash happened about 14:05 on Saturday on the A82 Inverness to Fort William road near to Dunain.

The woman that died, who has not been named, was a passenger in the car. The driver is in a stable condition in Raigmore Hospital in Inverness.

No-one else was injured. Police are appealing for witnesses.
