Edinburgh Zoo's two adult wolverines are now part of the animal collection at the Highland Wildlife Park at Kincraig, near Aviemore.

The Royal Zoological Society of Scotland hopes eight-year-old male Xale and female Kirka, 10, will breed in their new enclosure.

Xale was born at Helsinki Zoo and arrived at Edinburgh in 2006.

Kirka was born at Norden's Ark in Sweden and arrived at Edinburgh Zoo in 2004.
