Three men arrested and heroin seized near Inverness

Three men have been arrested and heroin estimated to be worth £30,000 recovered in a police operation near Inverness.

Police said two men aged 28 and 34 will be reported to the procurator fiscal in connection with the drugs.

A third man aged 25 will be reported in connection with the possession of a knife.

The operation involved local officers and the newly-formed Organised Crime and Counter Terrorism Unit of Police Scotland.
