A walker whose body was discovered after he went missing in the Cuillin Hills in Skye has been named by police.

He was 60-year-old Graham Greig Paterson, a mountain guide from Carbost.

A search operation was launched after the alarm was raised on Thursday when a member of the public reported seeing a man fall at Glenbrittle.

Rescue teams recovered his body on Saturday morning. A report will be submitted to the procurator fiscal.
