New chief for Cairngorms National Park Authority

The Cairngorms National Park Authority (CNPA) has appointed a new chief executive.

Grant Moir is director of conservation and visitor experience at Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park Authority.

Mr Moir will take up the CNPA role in March 2013.

Jane Hope, who has been in the post since the Cairngorms National Park's inception in 2003, announced her decision to retire in June.
