Highlands and Islands Enterprise (HIE) has signed a £32m contract with Rok to handle every stage of most of its building projects.
The national company constructs, refurbishes and maintains buildings.
Rok's contract with HIE will run for four years and covers all work from the design of buildings through to their construction and completion.
Its previous work for the enterprise agency includes building Inverness's £22m Centre for Health Science.
