Plans for 25 houses in Aviemore, refused by Cairngorms National Park Authority (CNPA), has been approved by the Scottish government.

Milton Burn Developments appealed against CNPA's refusal of its proposals for land south east of Millside House.

Concerns were raised locally about over development.

A reporter, an official appointed by the government, has put 10 conditions on the project which include a fresh red squirrel survey of the site.
