Four adults and two children have been taken to hospital after a three-car collision on the A814 Clydeside Expressway in Glasgow.

Emergency services were called to the scene, on the eastbound carriageway, at about 08:40 on Thursday.

A spokeswoman for Police Scotland said the six people were taken to the nearby Western Infirmary as a precaution.

The eastbound carriageway was closed near the Finnieston exit but has since reopened.
